The Deep Wave Beauty System 15 Step Plan:

  1. Always affirm your higher, multidimensional nature. Be mindful of your irreducible essence in everything that you do - give equal weight and attention to the nonmaterial in all Deep Wave improvement efforts.
  2. Access & utilize vibrational energy through sound frequencies in Mattsonís CD to help effectively reach body, mind and soul.
  3. Nurture the Spirit: Consciously bathe yourself in positive emotions and thoughts. The more often you practice this, the greater influence of these uplifting emotions. Use the music as a tool to feel beautiful and divine. Feeling beautiful impacts your appearance and how others respond to you. Practice these positive steps until they become Deep Wave-ingrained for permanent blessings.
  4. Exercise and stimulate the mind: while listening, focus your imagination on an uplifting experience. Imagine that your senses of sight, smell and touch, are enhanced as you listen. Using your senses and imagination expands the mindís ability to focus and experience.
  5. Calm yourself to maximize openness and peace. Meditation is an excellent means to achieve deep calm. Most effective is meditation with the aid of a CD using binaural beats.
  6. Exercise the body: Activity and mindfullness are what matter most. Moderate activities such as walking or biking benefit you on many levels, especially when you openly enjoy yourself.
  7. Take healthy nourishment:
    • Limit processed foods
    • Avoid the wrong fats
    • Reduce animal protein (substantially)
    • Eat plentiful servings of fish, nuts and beans
    • Eat 8 daily servings of fruit and vegetables
  8. Eat and cook with fresh herbs year round: Basil, parsley, chives, ginger, rosemary, sage, garlic, curry, oregano, and cinnamon Ė flavor your food and provide a bountiful array of subtle benefits that support healthy skin and body.
  9. Drink at least 8-6 oz. glasses of pure water per day. This allows the skin and organs to function optimally and helps flush impurities. It also helps curb the appetite.
  10. Take in high fiber (35 gms/day for 2000 cal. diet) for good elimination of toxins.
  11. Consider supplements for antioxidation and preservation: Vitamins C, A, E, Resveratrol, Cherry fruit extract and Evening Primrose oil are excellent supplements.
